CalMat Co., Los Angeles, has promoted Ronald Hadfield to the post of executive vice president-finance and administration. Hadfield, 50, has been senior vice president and chief financial officer for CalMat since 1985 and has worked for the company for 26 years. He will remain chief financial officer. Norman A. Dangelo, 50, was named vice president-management information systems.
