Lawyer Pleads Guilty to Fraud: An attorney formerly with a prestigious corporate law firm pleaded guilty to selling inside information about planned takeovers in a multimillion-dollar trading scheme. Steven L. Glauberman, 39, of Manhattan, was charged last month with four counts of conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud. He pleaded guilty to two counts of securities fraud and one of wire fraud. He faces a maximum fine of $250,000 and up to five years in prison on each count when sentenced Dec. 21.
