Inside the center, 145 N. Raymond Ave., children will be given beads, bottle caps and other materials to create jewelry and pinwheels.
Wall hangings, pillows, clothes, embroidery, dolls and puppets will be sold outside.
The Los Angeles salsa band Magic Combo and Visions, a jazz-fusion band, will perform.
Historical tours will run every half-hour from 1 until 3 p.m., led by members of Pasadena Heritage, a nonprofit organization that preserves historical buildings.
