A 1-year-old girl was in critical condition at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas on Wednesday night after being accidentally hit by a car driven by her father, hospital and sheriff’s officials said.
Fog prevented the use of Life Flight to take her to the hospital, deputies said. The accident occurred about 7:30 p.m. No other information on the incident was available.
