CALIFORNIA IN BRIEF : ONTARIO : 4th Suspect in Rape, Murder Is Arrested

Ontario police arrested a fourth suspect in a Labor Day weekend kidnaping that left a teen-age girl dead and two other women raped and stabbed. Detectives aided by the Police Department’s SWAT team arrested Danny Sorian, 32, of Ontario at the converted garage where he lived. He was booked into San Bernardino County Jail on charges of robbery, kidnaping, rape and homicide. Three other men--Alfredo Prieto, 24, and Ricardo Estrada, 19, of Ontario and 29-year-old Vincent Lopez of Pomona--were arrested earlier. Yvette Woodruff, 15, was shot once in the head and killed after she, a girlfriend and the friend’s mother were abducted outside an Ontario house, driven to an industrial area and raped.
