Holding company Intermark Inc., La Jolla, has named James V. Iaco Jr., a former officer with Maxxam Inc., senior vice president and chief financial officer. Iaco succeeds Frank C. Alexander as CFO. Alexander will continue as executive vice president. Iaco served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for the past eight years at Maxxam, which has timber and aluminum interests.
