THE SIDELINES : Wrist Surgery for Hawks’ Volkov

ATLANTA — Atlanta Hawks forward Alexander Volkov underwent surgery on one of his fractured wrists Wednesday in Dallas.
Volkov was placed on the team’s injured list Nov. 1 after injuring both wrists.
Volkov will undergo surgery on his other wrist in three or four days, according to Hawks spokesman Arthur Triche.
