Montclair Prep 55, Marshall Fundamental 21--The Mounties clinched their third consecutive Alpha League title behind Eliel Swinton’s 205 yards rushing and fullback Neimad Durham’s three touchdowns at Pierce College.
Swinton, who played only four series, became the first sophomore in Montclair Prep history to surpass 1,000 rushing yards in a season. Montclair Prep is 7-3 overall and 5-0 in league play.
Los Altos 18, Charter Oak 0--Dwayne DeSpain earned his 200th career coaching victory as the Conquerors won behind Ben Rosales’ 163 yards rushing and one touchdown in a Sierra League game at Charter Oak.
West Covina 16, HH Wilson 7--Glenn Jacobs kicked field goals of 24, 29 and 45 yards to lead the Bulldogs to a Sierra League win at West Covina.
