Jeffrey J. Bitetti has been named to head Scher-Voit Commercial Brokerage Co.’s new retail division in Anaheim. He will be responsible for the marketing, leasing and sales of retail properties throughout Orange County, as well as overseeing the retail brokers. Previously, Bitetti led the marketing and leasing efforts for two Orange County developers, Nexus Development Corp. and Burnham USA Equities.
