Police Investigating Westminster Slaying

WESTMINSTER — A woman was fatally shot in the head by a man Wednesday, and police were trying to determine whether the shooting was deliberate or an accident.
The unidentified woman, a Westminster resident believed to be 18 to 20 years old, was shot about 6:40 p.m. at a house in the 8100 block of 18th Street, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators Wednesday night were interviewing the man who allegedly fired the shot and residents of the house.
