Coliseum Project Gets Poor Preview

Here we go on the L.A. Coliseum “renovation.” It had already been oversold. Now it will go over budget and over the building schedule. All for the “Raiders of the Lost Coliseum.”
The sales pitch that we got about preserving the architectural integrity of the Coliseum will soon fade to a whisper and then evaporate. Al Davis really did a number on our reps from L.A. City and County. If this matter goes to the voters, it will be a dead deal.
One must assume that Davis will still pack up and leave town the first time a better deal comes along. Wouldn’t that be great?
