James H. Brown Jr. has been appointed vice president for marketing at Rogerson Hiller Corp., Irvine. He will oversee all sales, financing and business development and work with the parent company, Rogerson Aircraft Corp., in international, joint-venture programs. Brown succeeds Victor Milner Jr., who will remain with the company as a consultant. Before joining Rogerson Hiller, Brown was director of business development at McDonnell Douglas Helicopters in Mesa, Ariz.
