Bum Rap Against Realty Agents, Sellers

I have also judged certain professions based on some of their representatives. Only when I raise the question “Are they all like this?” do I discover that there are exceptional, competent and incompetent people in every profession.

I am aware of the shoddy and unethical business practices in a few from the housing sector. It means that agents like myself work doubly hard to eradicate those practices and improve our image.

A blanket statement such as agents being “overdressed and laughing all the way to the bank” is unfair and unfounded, as is the assumption that all we do is “some paperwork and make phone calls” for our living.
