POINT MUGU : Man Dies as Vehicle Crashes Into Rock

A 67-year-old man was killed Monday after he drove head-on into a large rock on the side of the Pacific Coast Highway, authorities said.
Arthur Baltin of Canoga Park was driving south on the highway south of Las Posas Road near Point Mugu when, for unknown reasons, he drove into the rock at 12:25 a.m., a California Highway Patrol spokeswoman said.
The man died instantly, she said.
