The fourth office tower to open in the Irvine Co.’s Jamboree Center, 3 Park Plaza is 68% leased. PacTel Cellular, the anchor tenant, will occupy more than 10 floors of the 20-story tower. Microsoft Corp., a software developer headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., will open its first Orange County location on the 18th floor, and the Orange County office of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold law firm will relocate from Santa Ana to the 17th floor in February.
