FCC Urges Quick Sale of L.A. TV station: The FCC urged the speedy sale of a construction permit for TV station KEEF-TV (channel 68) to the Hispanic Christian Communications Network from the Black TV Workshop of Los Angeles. Sale of the station has been delayed because of a dispute between two BTW officials. The FCC overruled a board member’s objection to the sale and said the parties should renew negotiations. But a prompt sale may be held up further over a dispute on how the sales price should be valued.
