Now Allen Seems Like a Pretty Great Guy

Since George Allen’s death, you have printed many moving articles about him. Each article eulogized Mr. Allen as a wonderful person. Where were you when he needed you? During the 20 or so years before his death, I doubt you printed one positive line about him. You led us all to believe he was a nut who ate ice cream, complained about crackers in the wrong line and picked up trash, between arguments with team owners.
From what I am now learning, I wish I had known him.
