NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Barbara Mandrell has been hospitalized with pneumonia after a family ski trip.
The country singer was listed in satisfactory condition Tuesday.
“As of right now we have no indication from her doctor just how long she might be hospitalized,” said Baptist Hospital spokeswoman Aileen Katcher.
Mandrell was hospitalized Saturday when she returned home from Aspen, Colo., with her husband and three children, said spokeswoman Jeannie Ghent.
Among Mandrell’s hits are “I Was Country (When Country Wasn’t Cool)” and “Sleeping Single in a Double Bed.” She was seriously hurt in a 1984 auto accident.
