Company: Upper Deck Co. 23705 Via del Rio, Yorba Linda Penalty: $40,000 Violation: Exceeding daily permitted coating and solvent limits while operating a lithographic printing press between June and December, 1989 (print shop) Company: D & D Body and Paint 11782 Western Ave., Stanton Penalty: $1,000 Violation: Excessive solvent emissions in a paint spray booth and failure to obtain a permit to operate in July, 1990 (auto body shop) Company: Mason West Inc. 2840 Gretta Lane, Anaheim Penalty: $1,000 Violation: Operating a paint spray booth contrary to permit conditions in March, 1990 (equipment shock absorber manufacturer) Company: Duffield Marine 670 W. 17th St., Costa Mesa Penalty: $1,000 Violation: Excessive solvent emissions from a polyester-resin lamination system in July, 1990 (electric motor-propelled boat manufacturer) Company: ALN Company 6000 S. Van Buren St., Placentia Penalty: $1,000 Violation: Releasing organic vapors into the air from a tank contrary to permit conditions in September, 1990 (crude oil production facility) Company: Phu’s AM/PM Minimart 1202 E.
