Employed as a long-range tactical fighter that can deliver about 20,000 pounds of bombs, it was the first production plane with pivoting swing-wings. The adjustable wings allow the pilot to change the angle of the wings from 16 degrees to 72.5 degrees to adapt to various flying conditions. Many of the planes are equipped with an array of advanced electronics that enable the aircraft to fly low (200 ft.) to the ground and in adverse weather conditions.
