COLLEGE ROUNDUP : SCC’s Winning Streak at Home Ends at 19

Westmont College ended Southern California College’s 19-game home winning streak with an 80-57 victory in a Golden State Athletic Conference men’s basketball game Tuesday at SCC.
The Vanguards (16-4, 4-2 in the conference) last lost at home Dec. 6, 1989, to Christian Heritage.
Chad Kammerer scored 22 points, making six of nine three-point shots, for Westmont (12-6, 3-1). Jeff Bickmore, who entered the game averaging 20 points, scored eight and Mike Henjum had 14 for the Vanguards.
In Western Christian Athletic Conference men’s basketball:
Pacific Christian 105, Southwestern 72-- Kenny Crawford and Mike Vincent had 22 points for visiting PCC (19-12, 8-2).
In Golden State Athletic Conference women’s basketball:
Christ College Irvine 83, Azusa Pacific 68--Genevieve Graff had 21 points, Gitte Mejer had 17 points and 12 rebounds and Nancy Geisler had 16 for visiting Christ College Irvine (11-4, 2-2).
In nonconference women’s basketball:
Biola 70, Southern California College 49--Michelle Mitchell had 21 points for Biola (6-12). Kristen Bevis had 16 for host SCC (10-10).
