Allergan Inc.: The specialty health-care company reported fourth-quarter net earnings of $25.3 million on revenue of $245.4 million, contrasted with a $10.3-million loss on revenue of $211.5 million for the same period in 1989. The Irvine-based company said its earnings for 1990 were $81.4 million, up 42%, on revenue of $883.9 million, up 10%. The company said the results reflected strong sales growth in its pharmaceutical, surgical and dermatology markets.
