It’s Time to Take the Blame From Zola

In a recent article on South Africa and the Olympics, Scott Kraft wrote, “Zola Budd . . . gained notoriety for running up Mary Decker’s heels.” My recollection is that Decker ran up Budd’s heels, not once but twice.
