Nevada Las Vegas Coach Jerry Tarkanian denied that he used expletives to describe the play of the Rebels when they were upset by Duke in the semifinals of the Final Four last Saturday.
Tarkanian has said he will take legal action against Sports Illustrated if the magazine does not retract a story that said the coach launched into a bitter tirade after the Rebels’ loss.
