* Sterling R. Haight, chairman of EECO Inc., has also been named president and chief executive of the Santa Ana computer products manufacturer. Haight replaced George DeHuff III. Roy Deavila, formerly head of the accounting department, succeeded Scott Davis as chief financial officer and corporate secretary. Marion Butcher, formerly president of EECO’s keypad division, was named vice president of operations, a new position.
