* Randy Jones has joined Equity Bancorp Inc. as vice president of the Newport Beach firm’s newly created wholesale and lending division. The division will be a source to mortgage brokers for loans to clients with poor credit ratings. Before joining Equity, Jones was a wholesale loan officer at Equity Investment Funds in Tustin. Before that, he owned an accounting and consulting company specializing in bankruptcy reorganization.
