WANT ANCHOVIES? Healthy fast food sounds like a contradiction in terms, like “military intelligence” or “working press.” But some local restaurants are trying to fill the bill (E3). Even the beloved pizza is sometimes looking slimmer and trimmer. . . . A Dana Point pizzeria, Henry’s, says more customers are ordering the snack without cheese. The restaurant already uses whole wheat dough for its pizza, and manager Terry Myers says calorie counters are “willing to sacrifice the taste” to keep their weight down. Actually, travelers in Italy find that cheese-less pizzas are common.
