ATI Medical to Sell Software Subsidiary: ATI Medical Inc., a Glendale company that rents medical equipment to hospitals and the entertainment industry, said it has tentatively agreed to sell its CAMS Inc. software subsidiary to a group of investors from Georgia. Terms were not disclosed. Under the deal, ATI will remain the exclusive distributor of CAMS software, which monitors equipment usage and inventory for hospitals.
