Flames-Oilers Not on Live TV

The seventh game of the NHL Smythe Division playoff series between the Edmonton Oilers and the Calgary Flames tonight will not be televised live in Los Angeles. Only the third period of the game that will determine the Kings’ next playoff opponent will be carried by SportsChannel, and it won’t be shown until 10:30 p.m., after tonight’s Angel-Oakland telecast from Anaheim Stadium.
Because of the baseball game, tonight’s Norris Division game between Detroit and St. Louis at 5:30 PDT will be provided to SportsChannel subscribers on an alternate channel, but only on some cable systems.
