Mandatory Helmet Law

I was interested by the proximity of two reports that appeared in the Metro section April 8 and April 9. They had a haunting connection. One reported the lack of organs for transplantation and the other voiced the complaints of the motorcyclists who do not wish to comply with the mandatory helmet law.
Motorcyclists could be allowed the option of riding without a helmet conditional on carrying a mandatory organ donor card. Better yet, a motorcyclist riding without a helmet is automatically an organ donor!
