Seat Warmer: Cynthia Garvey takes over for Sally Jessy Raphael as interim host on ABC radio’s nightly talk show starting today. She’ll warm up the spot until Deborah Norville steps in as the show’s permanent host in September. Garvey has subbed for Raphael in the past. She has also been a TV talk show host on “AM Los Angeles” and “AM New York.” Raphael is leaving the radio show to concentrate on her TV talk show.
