Regarding Patricia Occhiuzzo Giggans’ Platform (Commentary, Oct. 3):
She is perfectly correct. Boxer Mike Tyson should not be shielded by his celebrity status. However, he is shielded by an old rule of law. Ever hear of innocent until proven guilty?
