Man Shot to Death in Panorama City

An unidentified man was fatally shot Sunday in Panorama City, police said.
The shooting occurred about 5 p.m. in the 8600 block of Willis Avenue, Los Angeles Police Lt. Fred Tuller said. The victim died at the scene.
Tuller said no one had been arrested, adding that the shooting may have been gang-related.
