Paramount Fires Senior Vice President of Business Affairs
- Share via
Paramount Pictures said late Wednesday that Leon F. Brachman, senior vice president of business affairs in its Motion Picture Group, had been terminated for “violation of company policy.”
A Paramount spokesman would not elaborate.
Brachman had been hired by Paramount last June from 20th Century Fox, where he had been executive vice president of business affairs.
Brachman, in a statement, said: “I’m sorry that Paramount decided to take the action that it did, which I think is very ill advised. Everything else is private.”
He declined further comment.
