A Third Mrs. Knott’s: Mrs. Knott’s Restaurants, a chain based on the famous eateries at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, has chosen the South County for its third location.
Knott’s Restaurant Group has signed a 20-year lease for a site in the Trabuco Hills Center on Santa Margarita Parkway in Mission Viejo for a new restaurant due to open next March. The lease is valued at $3.2 million, according to the Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services in Newport Beach that handled the transaction.
The first Mrs. Knott’s restaurant opened this year in Irvine and was packed even before it “officially” opened.
A second Mrs. Knott’s Restaurant opened in Moreno Valley on Oct. 28.
