He was previously director of employee assistance services at McDonnell Douglas Corp. in St. Louis. In addition, Jack R. Leggett has been appointed vice president, clinical services. He formerly served as vice president, clinical services and network development for Green Spring Mental Health Services of Columbia, Md. Integrated Behavioral in Laguna Niguel manages behavioral health-benefits programs for employers, unions and insurance companies.
