Chrysler Brings Back Zero Percent Financing: The auto maker said it will apply to some of its 1991- and 1992-model Chrysler, Plymouth and Dodge cars, trucks and minivans sold on the East Coast. The move reflected the industry’s growing despair over an inability to sell vehicles, a consequence of the broad economic slowdown. Chrysler’s move came one day after figures showed that domestic auto makers’ sales plunged 13.4% in early November from a year earlier.
