Holiday Closings

Today is Presidents’ Day. The following will be closed in observance of the holiday:
City, county, state and federal offices: City offices in Westminster will be open.
County, state and federal courthouses.
City and county libraries: In Newport Beach, the library will be open.
Banks and savings and loans.
Schools: There will be no classes today, except in Laguna Beach. With the exception of Chapman University, school offices, including those at colleges and universities, will be closed.
Mail: There will be no mail delivery today. All post offices will be closed, and mail deposited in mailboxes today will be picked up according to the posted holiday schedule.
Trash: Trash collection will not be interrupted.
Buses: All bus services will run on their regular schedules.
Parks: All city- and county-run parks and recreation facilities will be open during regular hours.
