Making News: As part of CNN’s continuing plans to “globalize” its news coverage this year, the network will broadcast “Larry King Live,” “Moneyline With Lou Dobbs” and segments of its “PrimeNews” newscast live from Tokyo, March 29-April 2. . . . A new host for “Masterpiece Theatre” is to be announced Tuesday at a brunch in New York. The long-running PBS program has been without a permanent host since Alistair Cooke retired last November.
