New Mexico sophomore guard Eric Thomas is back practicing with the Lobos after tubes were inserted in his groin and shoulders, running to his heart in a complicated medical procedure last week. Thomas has suffered from accelerated heart rate throughout the basketball season, forcing him to miss the first two weeks of practice in November. He hadn’t practiced with the Lobos since Feb. 3.
