Keith Oliver Burnham; Engineering Executive

Keith Oliver Burnham of Thousand Oaks, a senior vice president of Technicolor Inc., died Wednesday in a Santa Monica hospital. He was 65.
Burnham began a 40-year career with Technicolor, an international film processing company, in 1953 when he was hired as a development engineer. He was appointed assistant chief engineer for the pioneer film processing company in 1965, chief engineer in 1973 and director of engineering and technical services three years later.
As director of engineering, Burnham was responsible for the design, construction and equipping of Technicolor’s London plant. He remained in London until 1985, when he was named the company’s senior vice president in charge of international engineering and transferred to Technicolor’s headquarters in North Hollywood, a company spokesman said.
Survivors include his wife, Jacoba Burnham of Thousand Oaks; two sons, Philip and Paul Lawrence, and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Old North Church in Forest Lawn of Hollywood Hills. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn.
