Bob Knight grabs a player by the shoulders and slams him into a chair because of what crime? Shooting an ill-advised three-point shot! Ol’ Bob then quips that, were he working for Cal, he’d be fired.
He should not only be fired, he should be charged with assault. How sad and sick that such behavior is excused because the coach has a winning record. Shame on him and shame on us for supporting such a dehumanizing system.
