Back Again: The once-reclusive Michael Jackson has scheduled yet another public appearance. His latest stop will be at Tuesday’s Seventh Annual Soul Train Music Awards, where he will sing his R&B; song “Remember the Time” and pick up a Humanitarian of the Year award recognizing his Heal the World Foundation. on KTLA.
