Festival Begins: The Museum of Television & Radio’s Annual Television Festival in Los Angeles gets under way today at the L.A. County Museum of Art. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the festival includes screenings and discussions with cast and crew members saluting 14 different programs and celebrities, ranging from distant memories such as “The Untouchables,” “Kojak” and “The Flip Wilson Show” to current series such as “Picket Fences” and “Roc.”
