THE MIGHTY BUCK$: Hockey mainliners may be outraged by a cute, fuzzy name like the Mighty Ducks, but business types say it’s a stroke of marketing genius (D5). . . . Joel Portugal, a New York-based image consultant, says, sure, they’ll be chuckling in arenas like Madison Square Garden, which “has a sense of history. The same people have held seats there for 50 years.” . . . But in Orange County, with no hockey tradition, he says, the name will go down fairly easily and will expand the accessories market down even to toddlers.
