Neil McCarthy has been promoted to the position of executive vice president of Capitol Records in Los Angeles.
He will oversee the label’s business affairs, finance, and administration and operations departments. McCarthy previously served as executive vice president of Capitol-EMI Music and was instrumental in restructuring North American operations.
