Tee’d Off

I am very angry at NBC’s coverage of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic golf tournament final round (Feb. 14).

Some meaningless basketball game going into its third overtime usurped a whole hour of golf coverage, to the disgust of all golf fans.

I know this happens often, and with extra-inning baseball games as well, but why can’t the network show the sports events as scheduled, and give score updates on the overtime games?

Those are the rules, you say, but I say rules are made to be broken, so change them.
