David J. McKinzie has been promoted to director of finance for the South Coast division of Greystone Homes. The division, based in Newport Beach, is made up of Orange and Los Angeles county developments previously owned by A-M Homes, which was acquired by Greystone last year. McKinzie previously handled the home builder’s marketing efforts and will continue to be involved in product development and marketing. He joined A-M Homes in 1991.
