Sobriety Checkpoint to Be Staged in Carson

The Carson station of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department will conduct a sobriety checkpoint between 7 p.m. Friday and 3 a.m. Saturday on Avalon Boulevard north of Elsmere Drive.
