City Hearings on Fox Studio Expansion

As a nearby resident and supporter of Fox Studio, I was pleased to read the article “Hearing on Fox Project Promising For Studio” (Times, Feb. 21). It’s about time the city give Fox Studio a break and recognize the unfair approval process that Fox has had to endure over the past three years!

I salute and congratulate the Planning Commission for looking beyond the opposition’s pettiness and focusing on broader economic issues. It’s gratifying to finally see the city working in stride with the studio. It’s nice that the community can work together to help push a project through the city process rather than always trying to stop one from getting approved.
